We at P3 are excited to announce the launch of our new convention program: P3 Ambassador and Assistant Program! P3: The Convention is dedicated to fostering growth, creativity, and excellence within the dance community, and we're excited to invite passionate and talented dancers like yours to join us.
This program will have three levels:

P3 Pint-Sized Partners - ages 8 & Under

P3 Prodigies - ages 9-14
-
P3 Protégés - ages 15 & Over

Ages: 8 & Under

Role: Ambassador

Role Requirements:

Required to attend 1 convention a season.

You are asked to follow and share P3 posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
-
All social media accounts affiliated with the dancer must be positive and friendly.
-
You must be professional and respectful at all P3 events and maintain a positive attitude towards your studio faculty, other dancers, P3 staff and most importantly, your family.

Role: Ambassador and Mentorship with Protégé dancers

Role Requirements:

Required to attend 1 convention a season - any additional conventions are free.

You are asked to follow and share P3 posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

You must be professional and respectful at all P3 events and maintain a positive attitude towards your studio faculty, other dancers, P3 staff and most importantly, your family.

Ages: 15 & Over

Role: Assistant Teacher at P3 Conventions and Mentor to Prodigy dancers

Role requirements:

Required to attend our KC convention + 1 more - all conventions are free.

You are asked to follow and share P3 posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

All social media accounts affiliated with the dancer must be positive and friendly.

You must be professional and respectful at all P3 events and maintain a positive attitude towards your studio faculty, other dancers, P3 staff and most importantly, your family.

Assistants will be assigned tasks such as assisting instructors during classes, managing backstage activities, providing guidance to participants, and ensuring the smooth flow of events.
-
Selected assistants will receive choreography and information before the convention to familiarize themselves with the dance combinations, procedures, schedules, and responsibilities.
