P3 AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
What is the P3 Ambassador Program?
At P3, we believe great dancers become even greater leaders.
The P3 Ambassador Program was created to help dancers grow both inside and outside the studio by developing confidence, professionalism, leadership skills, and real-world experience. Through mentorship, networking, and hands-on opportunities, dancers progress through three stages as they grow in age and experience.
Whether they are just beginning their dance journey or preparing for a professional career in the industry, each stage offers meaningful experiences that help dancers become role models, leaders, and ambassadors for both their studios and the dance community.
A Leadership Journey
The P3 Ambassador Program is designed to grow alongside each dancer. From becoming a proud P3 Ambassador, to developing leadership skills, to serving as a Convention Assistant Teacher and mentor, dancers are given meaningful opportunities to grow, lead, and inspire others throughout their journey with P3.
Our mission is to develop dancers who leave P3 not only as stronger performers, but as confident ambassadors, leaders, and positive role models within the dance community.

Professional Headshots & Action Photo Shoot: Ambassadors will receive a professional headshot and action photo shoot at the Kansas City Convention.

Exclusive Ambassador Pizza Party: All ambassadors will enjoy an exclusive pizza party during the Kansas City Convention.

Exclusive Showcase Finale Performance: Every ambassador will perform in a showcase finale, choreographed by convention faculty at the Kansas City Convention.

A Leadership Pathway: The Ambassador Program now emphasizes leadership development, giving dancers the opportunity to grow from ambassadors into mentors and Convention Assistant Teachers.
How to Become a P3 Ambassador
1. Complete the Ambassador Form
2. Complete the Contract for your age group
3. Submit both forms, your headshot, and one-page résumé at the P3 Nationals auditions
Interested dancers earn their place through a professional audition held during our Kansas City Nationals Competition.
You do NOT have to be registered for KC Nationals to participate in the audition. We encourage studio owners to begin identifying dancers who demonstrate strong character, professionalism, leadership potential, and a passion for dance and to have them sign up!
2026 - 2027 P3 Ambassador Audition
Friday, July 10
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Audition Fee: $50 per dancer
Please Note: This is a closed audition. To provide every dancer with a professional audition experience, no observers will be permitted during the audition.
P3 AMBASSADOR LEVELS
Our youngest ambassadors begin learning what it means to represent P3 through kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Age: 8 & Under
Role: Ambassador
Role Requirements:

Required to attend 1 convention a season.

You are asked to follow and share P3 posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

All social media accounts affiliated with the dancer must be positive and friendly.

You must be professional and respectful at all P3 events and maintain a positive attitude towards your studio faculty, other dancers, P3 staff and most importantly, your family.
Highlights Include:
• Attend one P3 Convention each season
• Professional ambassador audition experience
• Featured on P3 social media
• Official P3 Pint-Sized Partner apparel
• Professional headshots and action photo shoot
• Exclusive Ambassador Pizza Party at the Kansas City Convention
• Perform in the Ambassador Showcase Finale at the Kansas City Convention
• One complimentary observer bracelet for a guardian at each convention attended
• Scholarship opportunities for continued dance education
Prodigies continue their ambassador journey while beginning leadership development through mentorship and classroom opportunities.
Age: 9-14
Role: Ambassador and Mentorship with Protégé dancers
Role Requirements:

• Professional ambassador audition experience
• Featured on P3 social media
• Official P3 Prodigy apparel
• Professional headshots and action photo shoot
• Exclusive Ambassador Pizza Party at the Kansas City Convention
• Perform in the Ambassador Showcase Finale at the Kansas City Convention
• One complimentary observer bracelet for a guardian at each convention attended
• Scholarship opportunities for continued dance education
• Opportunities to demonstrate and assist during convention classes
• Leadership mentorship from P3 Protégés
• Build relationships with nationally recognized faculty and dancers from across the country
• Prepare for advancement into the P3 Protégé Program
Protégés represent the highest level of the P3 Ambassador Program, serving as Convention Assistant Teachers while mentoring younger ambassadors and working alongside our convention faculty.
Age: 15 & Over
Role: Assistant Teacher at P3 Conventions and Mentor to Prodigy dancers
Role Requirements:

You must be professional and respectful at all P3 events and maintain a positive attitude towards your studio faculty, other dancers, P3 staff and most importantly, your family.

Assistants will be assigned tasks such as assisting instructors during classes, managing backstage activities, providing guidance to participants, and ensuring the smooth flow of events.

Selected assistants will receive choreography and information before the convention to familiarize themselves with the dance combinations, procedures, schedules, and responsibilities.
Highlights Include:
• Receive $100 off the Kansas City Convention plus all additional conventions FREE
• Serve as a Convention Assistant Teacher and demonstrate choreography on stage
• Work alongside nationally recognized convention faculty
• Mentor younger ambassadors
• Professional ambassador audition experience
• Featured on P3 social media
• Official P3 Protégé / Convention Assistant apparel
