What time should studios arrive for check-in?

Check-in opens about one hour before the first scheduled performance. Studio directors receive schedules by email one to two weeks before the competition dates. Please be ready to perform up to an hour earlier, as events may run ahead of schedule.

How are awards and scholarships presented?

Adjudicated awards are presented at the end of each session, with overall & high scores announced during the weekend finale. Select scholarships may be awarded on stage. Full results are posted online after the event.

Are parents allowed backstage or in dressing rooms?

For dancer safety and show flow, backstage areas are limited to teachers and authorized assistants only. Parents may enjoy performances from the audience area.

 

What health and safety measures are in place?

Each P3 event includes an on-site EMT, secure backstage access, and venue sanitation. Local safety standards are followed at all times.

How can dancers or studios stay involved after the event?

Dancers can apply to become P3 Ambassadors, attend our Conventions, or compete again at Nationals.
